Shows & Events

Annual Shows
Led by our dedicated team of instructors and our fabulous students, JUSTDANCE perform 2 shows each year with all 3 schools. This gives our talented dancers the chance to perform for their family and friends, showcasing their skills and bringing all they learn in the studio to life. Many of our dancers love participating as it gives them the opportunity to dance for an audience, increase their confidence and wear some amazing costumes.

Examinations
JUSTDANCE follow the IDTA and Acrobatic Arts syllabus, undergoing 2 exam sessions annually. Exams are not compulsory however we do encourage them where possible as this gives our students a great sense of achievement and structure to their learning. We will only enter students when our teachers feel they are ready to ensure the best possible results, reinforcing the desire to learn and progress.

Festivals
Here at JUSTDANCE we also help and support any of our students who show an interest in performing at festivals and competitions. For those who have the passion to be on stage more often and show commitment and dedication to their learning the opportunities are endless. We also run our own festival annually where other dance schools come together to take part.

Breast Cancer Awareness
Each October our students and their families come together to take part in our sponsored danceathon. Its a fabulous and fun event with lots of dancing, games, cake stalls, tombola and much more. In recent years we are very proud to have raised over £7000 in total and we would like to thank every one who gets involved to make this happen. We have also raised funds for testicular cancer and homeless charities.

Workshops
Workshops are a great way to focus on a specific discipline or area of performance whist having lots of fun and learning a little bit different to a usual routine class. We run a variety of workshops throughout the year with external teachers as well as our own. We have previously hosted performers from the west end with a mountain of experience to pass onto our students and they always go down a treat.
