Currently the most popular Aerial discipline, PoleFitness is a great way to tone up, increase your strength and fitness and develop a fun and challenging skill. We also offer a pole routine class which is based on learning dance and choreography.

Every year we dedicate a variety show specifically to the Aerial Arts with our adult students, giving them the opportunity to take to the stage, showcase their talents and have an unforgettable experience. They come together sharing their passion, supporting each other and celebrating their achievements.

Competitions
Many of our Instructors and students have won and placed in various Aerial competitions around the country. These are fantastic opportunities to experience and so rewarding to be a part of.

Aerial Fitness Timetable & Pricing
Our Pole/Aerial memberships also include all other adult classes such as dance and stretch, and permit access to both locations, giving you optimum flexibility to get to the classes you want, when you want. Booking is essential.
